Matthew co-founded the Undo app in 2019 to make Natural Meditation available outside of sessions and retreats. The method doesn’t change in the app. It’s just condensed into structured process for daily mobile practice that can be engaged with anywhere.
For people new to the work, it’s the entry point: direct engagement with Natural Meditation before committing to sessions or retreats. For people already in that work, the difference is observable. People who use the app alongside 1:1 sessions continue processing between appointments rather than stagnating. People who use it before a retreat arrive with the body already in motion, the process has started before the retreat begins. Used after a retreat, it extends what began there rather than allowing it to close off.
The app includes 14 chapters along with active and deep guided meditations. Together they address what is most often overlooked in deep self-understanding.

Alongside the chapter content, members have access to a Telegram community and monthly live group sessions with Matthew.
The Body Tension Translator is a tool within the app that identifies the specific physical sensations connected to particular emotional states. Most people are aware, in a general way, that emotion and body are connected. The BTT makes those connections precise: why anxiety registers as tightness in the chest, why stress registers in the back, why emotional states surface consistently as physical sensation in the same locations. It works in both directions, from physical sensation toward what’s emotionally present and from an emotional state toward where it lives in the body.
Specific body part meditations are also included, treating injury and pain as a single body-mind process.
Natural Meditation is the foundation of everything in the app. It doesn’t direct attention. It doesn’t apply technique. It removes the interference that prevents the body from doing what it already knows how to do, heal. In 2022 Matthew published a whitepaper, ‘A Gap-bridging App to Recover the Broken BodyMind Connection using Sensory Wisdom’, demonstrating that body-based meditation reconnects body and mind more effectively than thought-based, technique-based, and traditional approaches. It was specifically written to establish the efficacy of the app’s method.
