You can see the pattern clearly. You know when it is running. In the moments that matter, when you’re under pressure, in relationships, in the situations that count, the same response comes anyway.

This is not a failure of insight. The issue is that understanding operates at the level of thought, and the body is holding what hasn’t completed at a different level entirely. The tension remains. The reaction continues. Something is still unfinished.

This includes what the body holds from past experience, not always as a clear memory but as a response that persists without an obvious source.

The Process is in The Body

When an experience isn’t fully felt, it doesn’t resolve. It remains in the body as tension, as a response that activates before there’s time to think, as a pattern that repeats despite everything you know about it.

This applies whether the pattern comes from accumulated stress, injury or trauma the body absorbed and couldn’t complete. Analysis and reframing reach a limit in every case. They operate at the level of thought, which isn’t the level where the holding lives.

What I do is bring attention back to what’s physically present. Not to analyse it. Not to change it. To feel it directly, without interference, until the body completes what it’s been carrying. When that happens, the pattern doesn’t just shift. It ends. The tension reduces and the response that has been running you stops running you.

The pattern changes, not through effort, but through contact. I don’t add techniques. I work with what’s already occurring in your body, because that’s where resolution takes place.

What Changes As The Body Settles

Less Tension In The Body


Physical Tension begins to release, muscular holding that has been constant starts to ease. The body settles at rest and during movement. Sensations that were intrusive or persistent reduce, not because they are managed, but because they have completed.

Patterns Stop Repeating


Situations that triggered the same reaction no longer carry the same charge. The sequence that used to run automatically begins to interrupt itself. What drove the pattern is no longer driving it.

Less Reactivity. More Stability.


The internal noise quiets. Decisions are no longer made under the same pressure. There is a difference between responding to what is actually present and being pulled into familiar reactions, and that difference becomes felt rather than just understood.

How We Work Together

Initial Session

The session begins with what is present in your body. As you speak, I bring attention to the physical sensations connected to what is coming up, not to the explanation of it. This is where the work begins. I read posture, tension, tone, and response from the moment you arrive, and the session proceeds from what is already there.

A Clear Assessment

Early in the work, the body shows how deeply the pattern is held and what it will take to shift it. This includes whether what’s being carried has the character of unresolved trauma, held as felt disturbance rather than accessible memory. I’ll tell you directly what I find, how many sessions the work requires, and what to expect. You leave the session understanding what is happening in your body and how to work with what you feel between sessions.

Ongoing Sessions

The work continues at the pace the body can sustain. Tension releases. Responses that have been automatic begin to change. Patterns that have persisted for years start to complete. This isn’t a managed process, it’s a resolving one.

If you already understand your patterns but still find yourself reacting the same way, you have already reached the limit of what insight alone can do. That is precisely where this work begins. Many people reach that point. When the body is included, something begins to shift. The change shows up in real situations, not just in how you think about them. The Undo app and my YouTube channel give you a direct experience of the method before you commit to a session.

I work with the body and what you feel as one process. Most people experience their thoughts and their body as separate. The mind analyses, interprets, and tries to understand. The body holds tension, reacts, and responds. The two rarely meet.

What isn’t resolved stays active in both. A thought pattern that keeps returning has a physical counterpart — a specific area of tension, a held response, a sensation that’s always present. They’re the same thing expressed at two different levels. But because most approaches work only through thought, the physical side never gets contacted, and the pattern continues regardless of how well it’s understood.

In sessions, I bring attention to the specific tension in the body connected to what’s present in the mind. As the two are brought into contact with each other, something shifts. The thought pattern loses its charge. The physical tension begins to release. The mind and body aren’t working against each other anymore. They’re completing the same process together. That’s when real resolution becomes possible.

Most approaches work through analysis, reframing, or symptom management. They operate at the level of thought — which is not the level where tension lives. This work goes directly to where the holding is. The pattern does not get managed. It completely resolves.
